Stunning sundeck villa, large rooftop jacuzzi, helpful boat crew

Boat transfer to the hotel can be tricky, with high costs for late arrivals!!! Communication about payments was concerning and should be more transparent!!! Improving the menu variety would enhance the experience!!!

the staff here seemed more bothered by my requests than willing to help, absolutely shocking. and, let's not even talk about the food, which was embarrassingly bad considering the hotel’s supposed luxury status. i expected a special welcome gift for such an elite stay but instead received nothing. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room design was spacious with automated lights and an impressive shower. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi, perfect for sunset views. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with quality well beyond typical luxury offerings. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape on a hot day, coupled with convenient access to beach-related activities.
